Bulletin de la Société neuchâteloise de géographie

Editor of the Bulletin, archivist and librarian for thirty-six years, Charles
Knapp has been able to create and to maintain one of the most serious journals
of geography in Europe. Founded in 1885, along with the SNG, the Neuchâtel
Geographic Society Bulletin was organized in two parts. The first one presented
various articles and works in physical and human geography, ethnology, etc.,
the second one consisting of the annual report of the Society, as well as the
list of its members. From 1981 on, texts are primarily oriented to regional,
Swiss and particularly Neuchâtel, problems and are closely related to the
courses at the Institute of Geography of the University of Neuchâtel. Since
2008, the Bulletin is published under the title "Géo-Regards: revue
neuchâteloise de géographie " and continues to fulfil its role as a reference
scientific journal (http://www.s-n-g.ch/spip.php?rubrique3).
