Unusual temperature dependence of the spectral weight near the Fermi level of NdNiO₃ thin films

We investigate the behavior of the spectral weight near the Fermi level of NdNiO3 thin films as a function of temperature across the metal-to-insulator transition (MIT) by means of ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy.
