Le présent travail de bachelor se penche sur l’impact du COVID-19 sur le secteur de la restauration à Genève. Pour ce faire, nous avons réalisé trois études. La première est une étude documentaire. Cette phase de recherche nous a permis de mettre en évidence les mesures prises par les autorités suisses qui ont affecté le secteur de la restauration. Ces mesures ont mis en évidence...

Je souhaite tout d’abord remercier Monsieur Jean Tuberosa, mon conseiller dans le cadre
du présent travail, qui m’a tout du long aiguillé grâce à ces précieux conseils, ainsi que
par le manuel qu’il a rédigé avec ses confrères, qui a été un outil très utile pour la
réalisation de ce travail....
- De même, Le Marcel a invité sa clientèle, dans le cadre de leur action de
« Beer Funding », à venir retirer au bar les packs de bières commandés....
- Deux des entreprises interrogées ont fait appel au soutien de leurs clientèles, l’une en
proposant la vente de packs de bière dans le cadre d’un « Beer Funding » et l’autre en
proposant des ventes de plats à l’emporter à deux reprises....
