    Uptake of several atmospheric molecules on free ice nanoparticles was investigated. Typical examples were chosen: water, methane, NOx species (NO, NO₂), hydrogen halides (HCl, HBr), and volatile organic compounds (CH₃OH, CH₃CH₂OH).
