Institute of Systems Engineering
The Institute of Systems Engineering specialises in combining technological
expertise to develop products. It focuses its activities on the field of energy
(with a focus on renewable energy and smart grids) and development of
instruments for the energy, health and environment sectors. Its partners
include SMEs, national and international companies in the fields of
electricity, mechanical engineering, industrial production, life sciences and
health. With its 80 qualified and experienced engineers, the Institute carries
out a large number of applied research and development projects every year and
offers a wide range of services and continuing education courses. The
scientific publications presented in this collection are representative of the
research projects of the Institute.
