    Afin de comprendre la qualité d’une formation par les conceptions de ses acteurs, une étude a été conduite dans le contexte de la formation professionnelle duale en Suisse romande. Par des entretiens collectifs, nous identifions les aspects constituant cette qualité selon les apprentis, les enseignants et les formateurs en entreprise. Les résultats montrent la diversité des aspects de la qualité et en illustrent deux : l’articulation entre lieux de formation et les pratiques formatives.

    In order to understand training quality via the conceptions of its stakeholders, a study was conducted in the context of dual vocational education and training in French- speaking Switzerland. Using focus groups interviews, we identify the aspects constituting this quality according to apprentices, teachers, and in-company trainers. The results show the diversity of aspects constituting quality and illustrate two of them, the articulation between training sites and training practices.
