    Comorbid diseases, such as myocardial infarction, stroke, diabetes mellitus, bone fractures without adequate trauma, osteoporosis, and non-AIDS-defining malignancies, among HIV-infected individuals are age-related. Consequently, multimorbidity will become an important issue in care of the aging HIV-infected population
