    Summary
The purpose of this project was to find out if there were Human Resource (HR) issues and problems in the Federation, how these affected the Federation and provide suggestions to enhance the productivity of the Federation. The ultimate goal was to provide a HR Plan. Research to date has shown the importance of satisfied, motivated and committed employees. Alto assess the job climate of the Federation the job satisfaction level of the staff was measured. The general situation of the working environment was documented by conducting in-depth interview and group interviews. This data provided the basis for understanding the current situation and the implications of the HR problems on staff, operating procedure of the office and the high turnover rate. Finally, recommendations were made with reference to literature and good practice on general HR practice, together with suggestions from the group interview to address these three main problems. A better working environment will benefit not only the staff of the Federation but also all of its stakeholders including sport organizations and athletes.
