Every author or library belonging to a RERO member institution, or otherwise having signed a RERO DOC membership contract, can deposit documents in the server. The RERO DOC coordinator at each institution can provide detailed information about the appropriate procedure.

Every RERO member, in particular the institutions of higher education (Universities of Fribourg, Geneva, Lausanne and Neuchâtel, University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland and Universities of Teacher Education) have the possibility of using RERO DOC as their institutional repository (see the list of contacts).
